Graphic Design
In this camp you will create a portfolio of impactful graphic images and digital illustrations using two major processes in digitized design: vector and raster graphics.
Using industry standard digital illustration and photo editing software, you will apply principles in communication to create posters, collages, and digital drawings. You will utilize industry standard digital tools, apply principles of colour compatibility and learn about image effectiveness in a specific context.
At the end of the camp you will be able to carry your creations home and your work will be displayed during the Design Expo.
- This camp is most suitable for age 12+ innovators and wizards interested in making communication impactful.
- No prior graphic design experience is necessary, art and/or computer experience is helpful.
- Apart from the core program, the camp day plan is well rounded and includes many warm ups, energizers, team builders and creativity contests during the camp day to win friends and cool prizes.
- 6 to 12 participants per camp.
