To get your body healthy you have to work out, eat healthy and respect yourself. You have to work out hard at least 1 our 4 times a week. You should start slove one day aweek and then up to two times a week and then tree and four and if you want to work out more, up to five and six and seven. intensity workout at least one our, twice a week. Do it before you go for a run cause the body starts burning fat after 40 minutes the workout started. It burns calories all the time, but fat starts later. If you think you don't have time, just wake up one or two ours before you are used to, you will get more energy so you will not get tired throu the day! Do not weght you everyday, if you have to weight yourself, do it once a week or less. have patience!

Monday itensity, running
Tuesday cycle
Wednesday Swim
Thirsday Walking
Friday intensity, running
Saturday Bike
Sunday walking

The more mucles you have the more fat your body burns when its not working out. For each muclesmass you have the more your daylie incineration rise with 90m calories. That kaonts your body will burn fat by it self 6-7 kg every year.

Remember to eat well, when you work out a lot you need a lot of healthy food!
