Love Your Body!

I'm selfish, and a little insecure. I make mistakes.I'm out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't hanlde me at my worst,then you sure as hell, deserve me at my best! -Marilyn Manroe

1. Never compare yourself to others! You are and never will be enyone but YOU! You are good enought as yourself! If you had been someone else, your friends and family might would not love you! You are better as yourself. If you keep compare yourself to others you will never see how good you are and you would never measure up, no matter what! Try to find the good things about yourself! The girls or boys with the good thing might not have the good things that you have! You are no worse than enyone else on earth!

2. Focus on your Accomplishments! When someone say something nice to you, they mean it! If they did not mean it they would not have said it. Write them down and read them everyday.

3. listen to the chatter that goes on in your head. Are you saying nice thingss to yourself? if something bad happens, it happens. everyone make mistakes! turn the voice to say okey, i did wrong but hey, who have not made a mistake before in this world? i will do better nex time, i lurn by my mistakes. And even if i'm not that good with this there are other things i'm good at.

4. Focus on the negative! its only gonna hert jo to think negative. If you think positive you will be much more happier so both you and everyone around you will be more happier. If you have a negative thaught, something with it. Turn it around to the positive. If the woice sais no i can't do this, think yes i can! Never sai yes, if you sai no even if you say yes five times and then say no you have said no! Never say no! Only if you dont wanna do it. Say yes to challengers even if you don't dear, when you made it you will see it was not that bad and so happy that you made it! If you are afraid to leave something or chance job. What is the worse that can happend? You will make it alive enyway, maybe you loose some money or be single a short time but you will fix it again. Make the best out of your life, its only you who lives your life.

5. Support yourself and others. You will get a good feeling by helping people, even if it's helping an old laidy over the street or give money to a poor man. Make a rule that everyday you do three good things that you have to stres a bit with, not much but a thing thats not a everyday thing. It's easyer than you think and you will be happy and prowd of yourself.

6. Make yourself one goal every morning that you have to make before you go to sleep. Remeber to chuse something that you know you can reach but you have to swet a little for. If you don't make it, try to make it the next day and if you did not make it then ether make a new goal. Don't be angry at yourself, maybe you just wasn't reddy for it. Try it again laiter.

7. You will get more confidence if you dress nice.
